Overhome
43 Degrees 50 Minutes
Gregg has always recognized that this area of Nova Scotia is generally East (not North) of New England.
This is why we’ve called it Overhome. This was proven out when we in purchased a
sea-worthy vessel equipped with a GPS Unit. We used it in Nova Scotia and upon
returning to New Hampshire were thrilled to discover that it had drawn a straight line from where
it was last used ~ on our dock on Port L’Hebert ~ to our front yard here.
The line of latitude is exactly the same.
Where we are in Nova Scotia is not only East of our place in New Hampshire,
but DUE East!
